Our History

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Puget Sound Professional (SHPE PSC) is a Washington State 501(c)3 registered non-profit based in Seattle, WA. Our history started in 1986 when the SHPE Puget Sound Professional Chapter was incorporated by the three initial serving Board of Directors composed of Mr. Frank Sánchez (President), Mr. Victor Elizondo (Vice President), and Mr. José R. Bolaños (Treasurer & Legal Representative).

We are a WA State non-profit organization based in Seattle, WA. Originally founded by Frank R. Sánchez, Victor Elizondo, and José R. Bolaños, the SHPE Puget Sound Professional Chapter has served the Puget Sound area for over 35+ years.
