SHPE Puget Sound Chapter invites you to submit a scholarship application to win a $1,000 scholarship!
Requirements:
- The scholarships will be awarded for Spring Quarter. Therefore, the student must be enrolled in any Engineering, Math or Science Curriculum for the Spring Quarter in the state of Washington or Oregon. Those students graduating in Spring Quarter are not eligible for the scholarship.
- The amount of the scholarships to be distributed is as follows: 2 scholarships of $1000.00 each.
- The student must be going to college in the state of Washington or Oregon.
- Senior students are not applicable for this scholarship.
- U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens students are applicable for this scholarship.

- This application deadline is June 1st, 2010. Applicants will be notified of the results within 1 week.
- The Scholarship Committee will select winners on the basis of academic record, leadership, significant extracurricular activities, and financial need.
General Information:
- 2 students will be selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship
- Scholarship winners will get a complimentary ticket to attend to SHPE PSC 24th End of the Year Gala Banquet where they will be recognized and will receive a check for $1,000
Each applicant is responsible for ensuring that the school official completes his/her comment sheet and provides a school transcript (unofficial transcripts will be accepted). If a transcript is not provided it will be grounds for disqualification.
