PSE’s Operations Services team is looking for a Senior Project Manager or below, depending on experience to provide project management on complex energy generation and infrastructure projects. Our projects span hydroelectric, thermal, wind and solar technologies for power generation, and include Greenfield construction as well as retrofits. This role will be looked upon to develop innovative strategies for robust implementation and execution of these projects. The Sr Project Manager will have the opportunity to represent PSE to agencies, municipalities, media, key customers, and the public. The ideal candidate will be able to lead teams of PSE employees and contractor resources through all stages of a project from project development through construction and close-out while utilizing best practices for project management and mentoring others on best practices and approaches in managing projects. The Sr Project Manager leads and participates on cross departmental teams relating to project process improvements and work management best practices. This role will ensure project management processes are implemented consistently across the organization. This position may also lead Project Managers and Project Coordinators Depending on project complexity. The ideal candidate will have non-IT project management experience, preferably in large-scale industrial construction management.
This position will spend most of the week in Concrete, WA at the job site, with only a few days a month in the Bellevue corporate office. Travel expenses will be covered.

Manufacturing Engineer
IDD Aerospace Corp. is a leading manufacturer of illuminated displays and electro-mechanical assemblies for the aerospace industry. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work with our teams in Redmond, Washington and Chihuahua, Mexico.
This person would be responsible for writing algorithms used to process real-time data collected from the field and transform that data into numbers/false color readings that would be used as real-time feedback for our production floor operators. Other programming responsibilities would include writing VB macros for analysis of large data sets, and construction of database front-ends to be used for cost estimation purposes. Some travel will be required.
This position requires a four year engineering or technical degree and 1 to 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace industry a plus). Must demonstrate strong technical writing skills and be proficient with the following:
programming experience (Java, C++, MS Visual Basic)
industrial programming automation experience (ladder logic, PLC control, labview)
CAD experience (Autocad, Solidworks)
Effective communication in Spanish
