Responsibilities


Each engineer on the OO team owns a high impact part of the product and is responsible for every step from the design and building, to shipping and maintenance. This position will require interaction between all members of the engineering team as well as working with QA, Support, Documentation, Product Management, and customers. You will be responsible for the success of your area of ownership.

Day to day you will be working closely with the engineers on building an enterprise product. You will work with them as you design and implement a complex and dynamic web user interface.

 

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language. (ie: C/C++, Java, Perl, Javascript, Actionscript, Python)
  • Working knowledge of HTML or CSS.
  • Working knowledge of building dynamic web pages (ie: DHTML, Flex, Ajax, ASP.net)
  • Working knowledge of at least one web development kit (ie: GWT, Ajax.org, jQuery, yUI)
  • Proficiency in building human usable interfaces.
  • Graphic & Web design experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with customers, teammates, and other internal organizations
